There is no single definition of a 'good' tipster. This view puts ROI into context with sample size, win rate and average recorded odds.

Why sample size matters
Consistency cannot be judged from ROI alone. A tipster with a small number of settled selections can show a very high or very low percentage through normal variance. This view therefore puts ROI beside settled sample, win rate and average odds. Three settled selections is only an inclusion threshold, not proof of statistical reliability.
